Founder / CEO

Runyi founded NKompass with a conviction that Nigerian organisations deserve IT partners who deliver with the same rigour as the best firms globally. He leads the company's strategic direction and client relationships, and is personally involved in every engagement at the planning stage.

Pearl Ebiaga

Creative Director / Strategist

Pearl leads the strategy and creative function at NKompass, translating complex technology programmes into clear client communications and brand experiences. She ensures that every deliverable — from project documentation to client-facing products — meets the company's standard for clarity and quality.

David Ibimodi

Chief Technology Officer

David oversees all technical architecture and engineering at NKompass. He is responsible for the standards that govern how systems are designed, built, and maintained — and for the technical quality of every platform the company delivers. His background spans infrastructure, cloud, and full-stack development.

Benjamin Anyanwu

Project Manager

Benjamin manages the delivery of client engagements from scoping through go-live. He maintains project schedules, coordinates internal and external dependencies, and ensures that client communication remains clear and consistent throughout every stage of an engagement.

Joy Ojonugwa

Human Resource Manager

Joy manages the people operations at NKompass — recruitment, onboarding, team development, and the organisational culture that underpins the company's work. She is responsible for ensuring that NKompass continues to attract and retain the calibre of people the company's standards require.

Emmanuella Effiong

Head of UI/UX

Emmanuella leads the design function at NKompass, responsible for the user experience and interface quality of every product the company builds. She works from the earliest stages of each project to ensure that what gets built is not only functional but genuinely usable — by the people who will use it, in the environments they actually work in.

Julius Ebiaga

Head of Web Copy & Content Management

Julius leads the content function at NKompass — writing, editing, and managing all web copy, client communications, and content strategy. He ensures that the company's written output meets the same standard of clarity and precision that the technical team applies to its systems.

Christianah Abolaji

Customer Relationship Manager

Christianah manages the client relationships at NKompass, serving as the primary point of contact for active clients throughout their engagement. She tracks client satisfaction, coordinates follow-up from delivery teams, and ensures that what was promised continues to be delivered after go-live.
