The business was managing inventory manually across six stores, with each location maintaining its own records. Online orders triggered automatic inventory deductions, and fulfilment was routed to the nearest in-stock location. The staff dashboard gave management real-time visibility into sales, stock levels, and order status across all channels.

Stock discrepancies fell by 35 percent in the first month of the integrated system going live. Purchasing decisions — previously based on estimates and manual counts — shifted to data-driven reorder points.
